We do not assume responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged packages during transit. After your package is dispatched, we will furnish a tracking number for you to monitor its delivery status. Ensuring someone is available to receive the package on the delivery date is the customer’s responsibility.
Returns
As a result of the specific characteristics of our product, we do not permit returns or issue refunds for ice baths that have been utilized. If you happen to receive a damaged ice bath, please get in touch with us within 24 hours of delivery, providing images of the damage. We will cooperate with you to find a satisfactory resolution to the issue.
